Advanced Swimming in our Squad Sessions

Our advanced swimmers have the opportunity to improve and perfect their swimming strokes in our pre squads & squad program. For those keen on competitive swimming, the ESS Dolphins Swimming Club is based at our pool, allowing the squad swimmers to compete in a variety of competitions.
